I don’t have gas but I do have a heating system—am I still eligible?
Yes. The game focuses on how and when you use energy, not only gas.
If you can track your usage or have a smart meter, you can join.
I want my home to be gas-free — what does that mean for my participation?
You still use electricity. The game helps you learn how to shift your use, reduce peaks and save costs.

How does it work with a smart meter? I already have one at home.
Follow the instructions you receive after signing up.
The game app helps you connect your smart meter.
We translate your meter data into goals, tips, points and badges.
Do I need to install anything else?
Only the app — and access to your smart meter data.
No extra hardware is needed.

Playing the Game
How do I make progress in the game?
By completing weekly challenges, shifting your energy use away from peak hours, and reaching your goals.
You earn points as you go.
What if I miss a week or fall behind?
No problem. The challenges are flexible.
You can always continue; your points stay saved.
Is this only about my home?
No. The insights are useful in many situations: at home, a home office, student housing or shared spaces.

What happens to my email address?
We use it only for account access and essential updates. We don’t sell your data—ever.
How do I unsubscribe or delete my account?
You can delete your account from Settings, or email info@example.com and we’ll remove it for you.
